New outlets opening
Three new outlets are slated to open recently. The stores are located in Jacksonville, Texas; Bonney Lake, Washington; Southwest Parkway, Wichita Falls, Texas.
Two others are scheduled to open in March 2021. Hilltop & Dana In-Line in Redding, California on March 11; and Spanish Village, in Dallas, Texas, on March 18.

The app from Chick-fil-A, as you would expect, is easy to use. Tell the app what you want, where, when, and how you want to collect your order. You also use the app to let them know when you arrive.
If you have a standard order, you can save it in the app. It will record not only what items are in your order, but you can also add the detail of exactly how you like your chicken. So you can save time when you next need to place your order.
The app also lets you earn points. Every time you purchase, scan the QR code, pay for your meal via the membership scheme or place your mobile order in-store.

CFA’s mobile app can be downloaded at Google Play. It only occupies 26 MB and requires Android 5.0 or later. The reviewers give the app a score of 4.6 out of five.
iOS users can download the app at the App Store. It requires 54.3 MB of storage space and iOS 12.0 or later.
At present, the app cannot be used at Express outlets or licensed locations like those at college campuses and airports. These are franchises run by third parties whose technology does not yet offer customers the opportunity to earn or use rewards via the app.
You only earn reward points by signing up for the CFA One membership program, which you can do so in the app if you are not already a member.
The company’s tiered rewards scheme enables members to earn points by placing an order in the app. You can also get points by placing a catering order online or QR Code scanning at the checkout or drive-thru.
It’s free, and you will earn points with every purchase. You can then grow your points and redeem them for a reward. Each time you buy, the points take you nearer to eligibility for the next tier and better benefits.
