You can see your bill within the app and make payments by bank transfer or via a credit or debit card. You can also specify the payment amount and schedule automatic payments.

Xfinity My App is a free download on both Google Play and Apple’s App Store. If you have neither an Android nor an iOS device, you can access a web-based version of the app by signing into the Xfinity website.
Account holders are the primary user of the app, but it is also possible to add secondary users and give them permission to access the app and your account details. To do this, you need to log in to your Xfinity account, go to the Users tab, and then Edit the user.
In the User Role field, click Edit, where the user’s current role is described. You will need to change them to a Manager to access the app. Click Save, and Xfinity will then show you a confirmation of the change.
